DELIVERY POLICY
We understand that getting your pet's products quickly is very important to you and therefore we make every effort to process and fulfill your order as fast as possible.

We deliver our products within Umm Al Quwain and Ajman through our professional in-house logistics team.

Orders to other Emirates will be delivered by a courier company.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Deliveries to other Emirates can take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered.
Delivery Charges:
G Five offers FREE delivery in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ) and Ajman.
For deliveries to all other Emirates, we charge a delivery fee of AED25.00
Delivery locations, days and schedule:

Generally, we offer next day delivery, 7 days a week.

In case an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of any delays in your delivery.

Only orders with a clear and full delivery address will be processed. If you provided the wrong delivery address by accident, please get in touch with us to update your delivery details.
Deliveries to Other Emirates:

Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi/Al Ain: Tuesday & Thursday - delivery to be expected 2-5 days after order is placed.

RAK: Wednesday - delivery to be expected 2-3 days after order is placed.

Fujairah: Wednesday & Saturday - delivery to be expected 2-5 days after order is placed.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE
In the event of a public holiday (Eid holidays, Christmas, National Day etc.) deliveries might be delayed:

There will be a delay in deliveries over public holidays.

Deliveries will be scheduled for the next business day.

We do apologize for any delays. Please plan your orders over public holidays accordingly.
Payment Options
At G Five we understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important. We use all the security tools at our disposal to protect your personal data and your credit card information from unauthorized access.

We only accept AED currency as payment option for both cash on delivery and credit card payment.

If payments are not received prior to delivery, G Five holds the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries.
Receiving of your Package
If you know you might not be available to receive your delivery, please leave details in the comments box upon placing your order where you would like your order to be left. Please note that for cash-on-delivery orders we cannot leave your package unless it has been paid for.
RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund / Exchange Policy:

We will happily refund or exchange any item that has been received in a damaged state or that has been incorrectly purchased within 14 days of purchase and with proof of payment (i.e. your original order receipt).

If you find you received a damaged or defect product, please take the photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the damaged/defected product & email us at info@gfive.ae

Product must be presented to us before we can proceed with our return policy.

We will accept return / exchange requests within 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We do not accept return / exchange for the following items:

Refund/Exchange (delivered items):

Once your request has been approved, we will let you know the earliest possible date/time that we can arrange the product pick up.

This service is free of charge.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return is approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded through gift vouchers which you can use for payment on your next order OR item exchanged and delivered at no extra costs.

Cancellation Policy & Refund (undelivered items):

Customers can cancel their order at any point unless the order is already out for delivery, in which case, please refer to our refund policy.

If the purchase was made online, a refund will be made back to the customer’s credit card.

Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed - time of refund processing depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Full refund is only applicable for orders that are not out for delivery yet.
Out of Stock Items:

Should any of the products you have ordered be out of stock, refund will be processed through the payment channel.
